The OSHEWARE – CourseTrac module offers the both recordkeeping and budgetary support for employee training. Most EPA/OSHA related courses are identified within the system however, any type of training program can be entered and tracked to support individual company needs. The system provides reminders when refreshers are due and allows for cost projection based on “per head” training costs. Want to know what your training budget is for 2009…simply ask the database!
