Every procedure is accessible and organized by location in the event of an audit or for a quick review by staff by simply typing a few keystrokes.  The copy/edit function allows for an easy method of making procedures for similar equipment truly equipment specific.  Change in process or piece of equipment? No problem.  On screen editing is simple using the OSHEWARE system.
