The OSHEWARE – Permit Required Confined Space (PRCS) module offers the ability to electronically manage and issue permits from a remote location. If the work crew is in one state and the supervisor is in another, the permit can be electronically signed so that the crew can go to work immediately upon printing the document. Every permit ever issued for any PRCS is available for review in the event of an audit by simply typing a few keystrokes.  PRCS evaluation data and written entry procedures are electronically archived for easy reference.
